Coin Market Report
Our recent trip to Long
Beach was quite successful. Coin prices have not (as of yet) weakened on
the bourse floor, although there was a dip and trace of weakness in
prices realized at auction. Surely, we feel this weakness will
eventually trickle down to slightly lower coin prices overall.
We are looking ahead to
the longer term (12-18 months out) and anticipate some inflation at that
time, therefore we took advantage of lower gold prices to bolster our
position and add some nice pieces to our inventory.
If you are thinking of
diversifying your assets, perhaps now would be the time to add some hard
assets to your holdings in the form of slightly better date gold coins
(before the prices rise).
Demand for collector
type coins remain strong as do their prices.
We will be adding
numerous new items to our listings over the next couple of days. Of
particular note will be the gold section which will have a diverse new
group of dates available.
Happy Hunting,
